The people at the Aussie animal hospital are "the Best" in every way and I miss them so much now that I have moved. The front desk humour puts everyone at ease except obviously for people without humour, and I coudn't disagree with their observations more.

The staff at Aussie Animal Hospital have given my cat after hours care free, even taking him to their own home, and I never found their services more expensive than anwhere else. Everyone working there overextended themselves to help my cat at all times.

I had to move to the Southern Hemisphere and have been moving around so much that I wish I had left my darling cat with them as offered to be looked as their own.

I now live in Aussie land, and we have a very kind vet, but I truly miss the extra human touch my Florentino Fairy and I received at the Aussie Animal Hospital of Miami beach. They're the best. Elaine

This people only care about money. They told me that my dog needed surgery on the spine immediately or he would stop walking soon, scared the hell out me telling me that he had a hernia on the spine, etc. Cost of surgery $2,800. I did it,
of course, hopping that this would alleviate his pain and discomfort... It was the worst mistake i ever made in my life! dog screaming in pain after surgery and for about three months, they kept injecting him with morphine at an additional cost, of course, because nothing would work. Yet symptoms continue...
At this point i was desperate to make him feel better and researched about the best orthopedic in Fl and took him to dr Sawyer, who told me that my dog simply had Hip dysplasia, common in labs and in his case not eligible for surgery. Dr Sawyer recommended to make swim and give him glucosamine.
Also explained that this evil vets at Aussie Animal Hospital operated my baby for no other reason than the money.
WATCH OUT FOR EVIL VET SURGEONS AT AUSSIE HOSPITAL!!

In an already expensive area for veterinary services, they seem to push it a bit further, in comparison to other places. They did accommodate last minute services needed. However, front office receptionist found it funny to call my dog ugly, and was of course, not funny to me.Vet who checked on my dog just seemed to go through the notions of the routine, and not care about any personal things. Will call animal services on you if you don't have your vaccines and tags renewed the SAME EXACT DATE as the year before, even if are now under another vet's care. Good luck!

I would have to agree with tasteless humor comment by front desk person and much more expensive than other clinics. I am a first time dog owner and I thought I would get extra care for that money but you dont. I feel like I am rushed through the clinic every time. No thorough instructions on medicine or care after visits. Different vet every time I have gone. I do my own research online but otherwise I would be left in the dark about what to do. Looking for a new vet......im very unhappy
