I am looking for an apartment to share with a mature, considerate, easy-going individual. I am a 25 year old female working in Miami beach (so an apartment there would be perfect) and is looking to move the middle of october from my current location. I'm drama-free, clean, non-smoker, non-drinker and hopes to live with someone who shares these similar traits (MUST be clean). I have no pets but i'm a lover of animals especially cats so i don't mind sharing with someone who has pets. I'm quite friendly and outgoing but i'm not a party animal and i absolutely enjoy moments of quiet time. A great kitchen with nice ammenities would be a plus because i love to cook.
