JOB DESCRIPTION:



Full Time (benefits). Performs routine/standard EEG testing and Long-Term Video-EEG monitoring on patients with scalp and intracranially placed electrodes. Executes intraoperative monitoring with subdural and depth electrodes and assists in the daily operation of the Brain Institute. Mon-Fri days and evenings.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Graduate of an Electroneurodiagnostic Technology program or equivalent formal training. Registered with the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist (ABRET). Two years experience in basic EEG with emphasis in pediatric, neonates, intensive care and Operating Room monitoring preferred. Special training in the operation of LTM equipment and knowledge of the technical aspects of data recording, storage and retrieval is desired but not necessary. Experience in electronics and/or computer science is advantageous. (NM) 04*
