Art Director/Flash Designer

Nobox is currently recruiting an Art Director with expertise in digital media design and marketing to develop award winning creative for our clients. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and implementing innovative user/customer experiences online.



Responsibilities:

Generate award-winning creative that promotes continued success for our clients

Give creative support to new client pitches

Conceptualize, design and animate online campaigns

Participate in brainstorm sessions and contribute with ideas



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from a respected advertising or design school

At least 5 years experience as a graphic designer in multimedia/web development

Experience in both online marketing/advertising and site development

Flash expertise required



Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Experience working with and developing top tier brands, brand strategy (emotional and rational)

Proven ability to create and develop original designs for online

Knowledge of: Flash, Illustrator, PhotoShop, etc.

Ability to take responsibility for client deliverables

Strong creative and conceptual vision for online marketing

Expertise in project concept creation and site architecture
