Well, they are "seeking experienced writers." They are also seeking beginning writers and any they can find. They are Helium -- the low paying article site. They post dozens of ads at once with the same insides and different subject lines. I'm doing this to help other writers not waste their time like I did. I sent a cover letter, resume and writing sample thinking it was a real job ad and I received a generic letter from Helium. Thanks.
