Long-time residents of Miami Beach. Professional couple, no children, wants 2/2 or 3/2 of no less than 1500 sq ft (to 2000 sq ft better) directly facing the ocean on Miami Beach or Surfside. Unfurnished; no less than 2 year lease; 2 cars; one small cat. Prefer 10-15th floor. Must have see-through balcony railings. Hurricane shutters or high-strength glass preferred.





But, we want only `oceanfront'. Not ocean `view', or `water view'. Only direct ocean front, as seen from the main balcony and living room. If your apartment does not literally face the ocean (SE or NE corner units facing the ocean OK), please do not reply. And, no old buildings with central air, needing concrete renovations.





Will write a check directly to owner this week, even if move-in delayed until October or November. Will look at all apartments up to $4000, although we will offer only a price reflecting the true value of the unit in today's sharply falling real condo/rental prices.
