Reconnect to Self - Mini Workshops

Feeling Neglected? Need to Regroup? The last group for this summer will meet this Sunday August 26. Depending on the needs of the group - We will use Bodywork and Process work to recognize some of the barriers that keep us disconnected from experiencing life fully. Group members can expect to receive support, validation, attention and opportunity to express full range of emotions.
