We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Successful candidates must have knowledge and experience in, but not limited to, the following: drafting of loan documentation; Finance and Securitization transactions; UCC filings and searches (knowledge of UCC Artcle 9 required); due diligence; creating, incorporating and dissolving corporations, LLC’s and partnerships, and amendments to charter documents; preparing closing binders; maintaining corporate records. Successful candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work directly with clients, be hard working, a team player who is detail-oriented and very organized. Successful candidates will also handle competing deadlines with the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment, will have the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook is required. Knowledge of Lexis, Westlaw, EDGAR and Adobe Acrobat required. Overtime flexibility is necessary.
