We are looking to fill a position for a Church Music Director.

Faith Lutheran Church



Will be responsible for:

-organizing hymns for service

-organizing contemporary choir and its’ praise songs

-attending English Church Service (Sunday @ 9:30-10:30)

-attending choir practice (one night/wk.)

-choosing music that is appropriate for our church environment



We are looking for:

-a God driven person who loves music and is willing to help better our current music program

-a person who has solid Christian beliefs (We are Lutheran /Missouri Synod)

-a person who is outgoing and willing to have a good time

-young at heart and spirited



Requirements:

-Christian

-Has a music background

-Music degrees are preferable but not required

-legitimate experience

-good references





Compensation:

-We are preferably looking for a n0n-paid internship position for a one year commitment. Our church is in need of a boost in the music department and is praying for God to send us a talented individual that can help. If you are interested at all, and would like to discuss a compromise for compensation we are open for offers.



Goal:

Our ideal vision would be to have someone who is a new college music graduate or someone who has with a little extra time. You could *intern* for one year to gain experience, or practice your passion for the love of music where both of us would benefit.
