GRAPHIC DESIGNER



Terranova Corporation, a leading Commercial Real Estate company seeks a part-time enthusiastic Graphic Designer for our extensive commercial real estate portfolio. The candidate should have a proven artistic vision with the ability to take projects from conception to completion and meet schedules and deadlines. He/ she should have a great sense of style, aesthetics and creativity together with an understanding of project objectives that can be unified to translate into meaningful visuals.



Responsibilities include creating/updating graphics for:

· Display/Print Ads

· Real Estate Marketing Materials- such as site plans, flyers

· Signage

· Corporate Identity graphics

· Company Website in terms of banners, images, and graphical components

· HTMLs for email blasts

· Corporate conventions and company-sponsored events.



Qualifications:

Position requires a highly organized individual with a talent for diversifying and multi-tasking. Must have full knowledge of printing procedures and be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark express.
